Kathryn is the Director of the Nursing Department, overseeing the nursing care in the child/adolescent and adult Residential Treatment programs as well as the Partial Hospitalization programs on both campuses. In addition, she serves as the Director of Utilization Review and in the role of Patient Advocate. She joined the leadership team at La Amistad in 2010.
Kathryn’s career spans more than 20 years in healthcare and also includes the practice of law. She has served in management and administrative roles in large acute care hospitals, both medical and psychiatric and in private practice. Her areas of interest and expertise include risk management, policy development and compliance.
